sandiegocoffee.co is a free, community-driven directory. We don't sell your data or require you to create an account. This page explains the third-party tools we use and what data they may collect when you visit the site.

Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect anonymized data including pages visited, clicks, and session behavior.

If you choose to enter your email address in the signup form (found in the site footer), we store it so we can send you an occasional newsletter about San Diego coffee news, new openings, and local events. Providing your email is entirely optional — the site is fully usable without it.

When you subscribe, we collect:

• The email address you enter
• The date and time you signed up, and the page you signed up from

Email addresses are stored privately in a Google Sheet and are used only to send our own newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. Signup is a single step with no confirmation email, so please double-check your address when subscribing.

You can unsubscribe or have your email removed at any time by emailing sdcoffeebeans@gmail.com.

Third-Party Sites

This site contains links to external websites including Reddit, Google Maps, and individual coffee shop websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
