Family-owned roaster with deep Carlsbad roots, traced back to Paul and Linda Novak's original Coffee Merchant shop opened in 1983. Their second store on El Camino Real added in-house roasting in 1990 and continues to roast fresh organic coffee daily. Subscription delivery is also available. A long-standing North County staple with a loyal customer base and consistently strong reviews.
