Small-batch roaster founded by Nate Stein, who started roasting in his backyard to source fresher beans and grew it into a craft roasting operation in San Diego. Focused on a select group of small organic farms with a strong sustainability mission. There's no retail storefront; their beans can be picked up online or sampled at The Bean inside the Lawrence Family JCC in La Jolla.
