Founder Patrick Erskine grew up in Coronado and launched Heave Ho out of a backyard shed before expanding into a Chula Vista warehouse. The lineup spans four core roasts (Light House, Flag Ship, Black Flag, Glass-Off Decaf) sourced through direct trade across South America, Mexico, Africa, and Asia. The Chula Vista shop is the roastery and a speakeasy-style second location opened in Coronado.
