Solo micro-roaster operating out of a solar-powered converted garage in Mira Mesa, hunting down rare and exotic coffees (including Hawaii, Jamaica, and Bali origins). Beans are roasted weekly in small batches on an electric roaster. No traditional storefront; you'll find them at the Mission Valley, La Jolla Open Aire, and Leucadia farmers markets, plus online with pickup at the roastery nook.
