Coffee Roaster in Encinitas, San Diego
One of San Diego's oldest roasters, Pannikin has been part of the local coffee scene since 1968, when founder Bob SinClair started roasting from a peanut roaster in a cottage above La Jolla Cove. Now in Leucadia with an additional location in Oceanside, the family-owned operation still roasts in-house daily alongside a full tea program that's been a staple of North County coffee culture for over 50 years.
